By booking a seat in The Applause Moment or using this website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you book.

1. Who we are

The Applause Moment is run by DDD University (Leona Philippo), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 34336627, based in Almere, the Netherlands.

2. Nature of the workshop

The Applause Moment is a group presentation-coaching event, consisting of one online prep call and one three-hour live in-person session at the venue stated on this site. It is coaching and skills training, not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for any of those. While Leona is committed to delivering high-quality coaching, no specific outcome or result is guaranteed.

3. Booking and eligibility

Seats are limited to 15 per workshop. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full through our checkout provider, Stripe. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Pricing and payment

The price shown at checkout at the time of booking is the price you pay. Where a deposit or payment-plan option is offered at checkout, the remaining balance is due under the terms shown to you at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

The Applause Moment takes place on a specific, fixed date. Under Dutch and EU consumer law (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, implementing Article 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to services relating to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date of performance. This means that once your booking is confirmed and paid, the following applies:

• If you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop date, you will receive credit toward a future workshop date, subject to availability.
• You may transfer your seat to someone else at no charge by notifying us at least 48 hours before the workshop.
• Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable and non-creditable, other than by seat transfer as above.

Outside of the above, any refund, credit, or rescheduling is at our discretion and is not guaranteed, including in cases of illness or other personal circumstances.

6. Attendance and venue

You are responsible for your own travel and arrival at the venue. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove a participant whose conduct disrupts the workshop for others, without refund.

7. Intellectual property

The Diamond Diagram, Elite Talk Structure, Message Merkaba™, Presence Pyramid™, and all other frameworks, materials, and content shared during the prep call or workshop are the intellectual property of Leona Philippo / DDD University. They may not be recorded, copied, taught, or redistributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DDD University is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in the workshop. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence if you are a consumer located in the European Union.
